How to make a complaint

If you would like to make a complaint, during normal business hours you can talk to a member of our head office team. Please call: 01242 676 569.

The team will be able record details of your complaint and pass the necessary information on to the directors for investigation.

Please address your letter for the attention of The Directors / Peter Badham.

To ensure we can investigate your complaint effectively please include:

  • The date and time when any particular issue arose;
  • The branch or delivery round that your complaint relates to;
  • Your full name, address and preferred method of contact for us to respond to you;
  • Any other information that would assist us in thoroughly investigating your complaint.

As an NHS funded organisation we have a duty to respond to your concerns in a timely manner. Our system meets national criteria.
